Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Paulo Macedo made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Tomás Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heitor Faro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heitor Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Macedo in the 7th minute of play. When Daniel Resende came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Senra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Resende couldn't finish the play. If Vasco Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Resende got free with Luís Dantas in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simão Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Retaxo FC's zone, Vasco Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Dantas came out of the goal and Vasco Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Senra's Luís Dantas threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vasco Neves, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 22 minutes into the match, Retaxo FC's goalkeeper Luís Dantas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Resende. After 25 played minutes Senra got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Resende. When Tomás Reis came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Retaxo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomás Reis couldn't finish the play. Paulo Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heitor Faro having to interfere. With a little luck, Retaxo FC's Luís Dantas got control of the ball when Daniel Resende tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, Senra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simão Pires to maneuver through the defense. Senra's Heitor Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Macedo in the 33rd minute of play. When Daniel Resende came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Senra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Resende couldn't finish the play. Daniel Resende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Heitor Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vasco Neves made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Heitor Faro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tomás Reis in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Heitor Faro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Resende in the 59th minute of play forced Retaxo FC's goalkeeper Luís Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Retaxo FC defense, Vasco Neves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Dantas. The Retaxo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Dantas should have stopped the shot. Daniel Resende recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simão Torres during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Retaxo FC's Luís Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasco Neves in the 65th minute of play. Luís Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Resende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Retaxo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vasco Neves came free, but Luís Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heitor Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Macedo in the 78th minute of play. Retaxo FC's Luís Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasco Neves in the 90th minute of play. Tomás Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Heitor Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Retaxo FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Senra.
