Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Leão in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Pinheiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Torre FC's Adolfo Pinheiro got control of the ball when Vítor Gueifão tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Pedro Araújo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torre FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vimeiro the free kick. After 20 played minutes Torre FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Araújo. Eusébio Gueifão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute Oliveira Delgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusébio Gueifão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. João Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Gueifão struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Adolfo Pinheiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vimeiro. Vítor Gueifão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Pinheiro having to interfere. After 34 minutes, Miguel Henriques mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Torre FC and the Vimeiro players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Torre FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Miguel Henriques hit a great ball. João Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Adolfo Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Gueifão got free with Adolfo Pinheiro in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Torre FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Miguel Henriques hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Borges during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 45 played minutes Vimeiro got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Borges. In the 47th minute Oliveira Delgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Oliveira Delgado made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Torre FC's goal looked a bit too open when João Leão came free, but Adolfo Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torre FC's Adolfo Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Gueifão in the 68th minute of play. Adolfo Pinheiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Leão's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, Torre FC's Pedro Araújo got a free kick in the 76th minute. Adolfo Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vítor Gueifão in the 77th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusébio Abreu during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Vítor Gueifão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Pinheiro was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Adolfo Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Leão in the 87th minute of play. If Eusébio Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Vimeiro supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Torre FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Torre FC.
