Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Amados's Lúcio Machado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jorge Miranda struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Lúcio Moura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tropeco. In the 7th minute, Pedro Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandre Esteves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Moura having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tropeco's Alexandre Coimbra got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Machado in the 12th minute of play forced Tropeco's goalkeeper Diogo Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fernando Porto fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Amados's protests and gave Fernando Porto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SC Amados getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Fernando Porto hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, SC Amados's Nuno Guarda got a free kick in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Amaro in the 26th minute of play forced SC Amados's goalkeeper Lúcio Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diogo Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Cruz in the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to Tropeco getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Emanuel Pereira hit a great ball. Lúcio Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Diogo Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tropeco's Amadeu Araújo got a free kick in the 34th minute. Alexandre Esteves struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Lúcio Moura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tropeco. After 41 minutes of play, Tropeco's Alexandre Esteves made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lúcio Moura was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 53rd match minute, Tropeco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Esteves to maneuver through the defense. When Tropeco's André Amaro in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Amados's goalie prevented a goal. In the 70th minute André Amaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lúcio Machado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Diogo Teixeira came out and tried to block the shot, but Lúcio Machado slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 78th minute. 87 minutes into the match, SC Amados's goal looked a bit too open when André Amaro came free, but Lúcio Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Cruz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 89th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Lúcio Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Diogo Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tropeco fans cheered their team off the field, for while SC Amados had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
