The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Agrella FC's Inácio Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Brás in the 3rd minute of play. Lucas Brás recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Agrella FC booed when SC Moimentinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Alves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vítor Veiga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Álvaro Correia in the 7th minute. After having played for 11 minutes, Lucas Brás managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Moimentinha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Brás was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emílio Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Sérgio Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Gaspar having to interfere. Inácio Gaspar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonçalo Magalhães went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Carlos Moura, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Agrella FC's Inácio Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Magalhães in the 40th minute of play. Alexandre Moura scored 0-3 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Inácio Gaspar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fernando Pedroso to strike the kick off in the second half. The Agrella FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 56th minute Gonçalo Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Álvaro Correia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Álvaro Correia ran back to his position shaking his head. Gonçalo Magalhães was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. SC Moimentinha's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The supporters of SC Moimentinha booed when Agrella FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Bessa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Lucas Brás managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Moimentinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Brás was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inácio Gaspar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SC Moimentinha had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
