Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Basílio Leão took the kick off in the first half of the match. Adolfo Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Machado having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SC Barbelote's zone, António Henriques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emílio Machado came out of the goal and António Henriques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, António Henriques made a precise shot to the right of Emílio Machado. SC Barbelote's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Abel Dias hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Fradeira's Luís Faro tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SC Barbelote! The goalkeeper, Emílio Machado, was totally fooled by Fradeira's Luís Faro, who 16 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Emílio Machado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Marques went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, SC Barbelote's Emílio Machado got control of the ball when António Henriques tried to sneak it across the goal line. The long shot by Alexandre Leite in the 32nd minute really tested Emílio Machado's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Emílio Machado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Marques went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Fábio Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basílio Leão in the 41st minute of play. Paulo Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fábio Amorim having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adolfo Marques made a kick off. When Raul Valente fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Barbelote's protests and gave Raul Valente a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 played minutes SC Barbelote got a freekick which was hit by Raul Valente. Fábio Amorim made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Basílio Leão sent off a good shot on target. After 75 minutes of play, SC Barbelote's Paulo Martins made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fábio Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Basílio Leão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fábio Amorim was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Paulo Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Fábio Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Martins's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Fábio Amorim skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Adolfo Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emílio Machado came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Fradeira's Adolfo Marques. But to his dismay, Adolfo Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Adolfo Marques's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emílio Machado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
