SC Bente's Vítor Trindade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save SC Bente from getting a goal against them. Lourenço Henriques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Resende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, David Resende notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Nebrijo FC's Lourenço Henriques. Lourenço Henriques was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th match minute, SC Bente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Moniz to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Nebrijo FC's zone, Duarte Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lourenço Henriques came out of the goal and Duarte Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Bente's goalkeeper Vítor Trindade, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lourenço Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Correia in the 42nd minute of the match. If David Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in SC Bente's zone, Hélder Gaspar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vítor Trindade came out of the goal and Hélder Gaspar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Afonso Valente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vítor Trindade read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 58th minute, Cândido Borges sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SC Bente's Vítor Trindade didn't even have to move. If Hélder Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in SC Bente's zone, Afonso Valente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vítor Trindade came out of the goal and Afonso Valente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the match, Nebrijo FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Resende came free, but Lourenço Henriques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If David Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Bente's goalkeeper Vítor Trindade, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hélder Gaspar in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vítor Trindade prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, SC Bente's Álvaro Monteiro got a free kick in the 81st minute. 84 minutes into the game, José Moniz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Bente's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nebrijo FC the free kick. A collision led to SC Bente getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. José Moniz hit a great ball.
