Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Joaquim Morais made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 5th match minute, Aricera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Neves to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute, José Morais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Fernandes in the 14th minute of play forced Aricera FC's goalkeeper Humberto Guerreiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Viegas charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Viegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Armando Viegas hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute of the match Alfredo Veiga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Humberto Guerreiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 18 played minutes Alamela FC got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Correia. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Henrique Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alamela FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Henrique Fernandes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Guerreiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Humberto Guerreiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Bessa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henrique Fernandes might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Humberto Guerreiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henrique Fernandes ran back to his position shaking his head. Humberto Guerreiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ricardo Bessa took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Guerreiro. Humberto Guerreiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Henrique Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomás Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Humberto Guerreiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Humberto Guerreiro came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Alamela FC's Ricardo Bessa. But to his dismay, Ricardo Bessa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Humberto Guerreiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique Fernandes in the 51st minute of the match. If Henrique Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Bessa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Humberto Guerreiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Pedro Leiria took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Neves. José Neves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Humberto Guerreiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardo Bessa in the 64th minute. Humberto Guerreiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 66th match minute, Aricera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Viegas to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 67 minutes, Henrique Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alamela FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Fernandes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Aricera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Fernandes came free, but Humberto Guerreiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89thth minute of the game Pedro Leiria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alamela FC's José Neves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquim Morais's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Neves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play.
