Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 5 minutes, Cândido Valente managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Medroes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cândido Valente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lebres FC's Pedro Guerreiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Assunção in the 7th minute of play. Pedro Guerreiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Assunção in the 10th minute of play. Pedro Guerreiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Assunção, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Assunção in the 20th minute of play forced Lebres FC's goalkeeper Pedro Guerreiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Ricardo Assunção cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Pedro Guerreiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Medroes's goalkeeper Alberto Gueifão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alfredo Aleixo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Pedro Guerreiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cândido Valente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 minutes, Adelino Nunes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lebres FC and the Medroes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alberto Gueifão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Porto in the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Nuno Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Alberto Gueifão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuno Porto scored 1-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alberto Gueifão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Lebres FC booed when Medroes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lebres FC's Paulo Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 78 minutes, Daniel Cardoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Medroes and the Lebres FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Medroes's Alberto Gueifão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Porto in the 80th minute of play. Nuno Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Paulo Correia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberto Gueifão came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Lebres FC's Paulo Correia. But to his dismay, Paulo Correia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 97 minutes into the match, Medroes's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Correia came free, but Alberto Gueifão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Medroes succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Lebres FC had controlled the match.
