Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when António Baptista got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Minhotaes FC booed when SC Queimadela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandre Mendes came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Minhotaes FC's Mário Porto. But to his dismay, Mário Porto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Viriato Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Rui Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. António Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Macedo having to interfere. Bento Cruz charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bento Cruz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, Minhotaes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bento Cruz to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 28 minutes, Mário Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minhotaes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mário Porto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, SC Queimadela's João Moniz got a free kick in the 30th minute. Jaime Coelho, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Alexandre Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Bessa in the 39th minute of play. After 44 minutes of play Minhotaes FC's Bento Cruz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Minhotaes FC's Bento Cruz got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mário Porto to strike the kick off in the second half. Sebastião Soares charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastião Soares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SC Queimadela getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Sebastião Soares hit a great ball. In the 54th minute of the match Jaime Coelho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexandre Mendes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 55th minute, António Baptista made a precise shot to the right of Rui Macedo. Minhotaes FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Mário Porto might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexandre Mendes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mário Porto ran back to his position shaking his head. Rodrigo Bessa charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Bessa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th match minute, Minhotaes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Bessa to maneuver through the defense. Mário Porto struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Alexandre Mendes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minhotaes FC. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Minhotaes FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
