Carlos Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 played minutes SC Pindelo got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Guarda. In the 10th minute, Adolfo Carneiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Pindelo's Amílcar Garcia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 13th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Carlos Sá but with some difficulty. If André Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Simões in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Sá prevented the ball from getting in the gole. André Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Sá having to interfere. Carlos Sá made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Adolfo Carneiro sent off a good shot on target. When SC Pindelo's André Simões in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mouguela FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Mouguela FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Filipe Nogueira hit a great ball. André Simões blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Sá having to make a save. Filipe Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Moutinho having to interfere.

Hugo Resende took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Moutinho. Humberto Moutinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernando Dias during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fernando Dias hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The corner ended in Jacinto Guarda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mouguela FC's Carlos Sá did a great save. In the 65th match minute, Mouguela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Jesus to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th match minute, SC Pindelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder Gueifão to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute of the match, Filipe Nogueira got a very nice opportunity to score, but Humberto Moutinho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 74th minute Gaspar Jesus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Moutinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Resende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filipe Nogueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Humberto Moutinho made a huge save. If Adolfo Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Adolfo Carneiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Sá was relentless in the 88th minute of the game.
