Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miguel Gaspar started the match with the kick off. If Vítor Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Aleixo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vítor Resende in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Casarias FC's Armando Jesus got a free kick in the 7th minute. Casarias FC's Bruno Aleixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Valente in the 9th minute of play. Pedro Martins struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Carlos Tavares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Casarias FC. The supporters of Casarias FC booed when Hortinhas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Carneiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Hortinhas's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Gaspar came free, but Carlos Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Tavares having to interfere. Bruno Aleixo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogo Valente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diogo Valente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Aleixo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 played minutes Casarias FC got a freekick which was hit by Cândido Vieira. David Faro kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 32 played minutes, Hortinhas's Nuno Assunção shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bruno Aleixo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hortinhas reached it. After a rather tough play, Casarias FC's Viriato Figueiredo got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Casarias FC's goalkeeper Bruno Aleixo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diogo Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Aleixo having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Alexandre Morais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diogo Valente was the one to do the kick off. In the 60th minute Diogo Valente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Aleixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Aleixo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vítor Resende in the 66th minute. Hortinhas were furious when Tiago Monteiro was red carded, 70 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. If Miguel Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Armando Jesus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrique Borba kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Vítor Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Aleixo having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Casarias FC had won after a very even match.
