Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joaquim Festas started the match with the kick off. If Jânio do Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as F.C.Porto's Rodrigo Simões slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fábio Santarém. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. Aldo Lamego's late challenge caught a F.C.Porto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aldo Lamego helped the player get up and apologised. Aldo Lamego kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Daniel Anjos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Festas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodrigo Simões stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 96th minute, Nuno Soeiro made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Anjos. F.C.Porto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. There was no doubt that F.C.Porto were the better team. F.C.Porto's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
