Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ronaldo Lousada took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute of the match Juvenal Vilarinho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Homero Fidalgo skillfully saved the ball. Maurício Lisboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Homero Fidalgo having to interfere. The supporters of Portugas FC booed when Falcoeiras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldo Lousada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurício Lisboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 17 minutes, Carlos Alcântara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Falcoeiras FC and the Portugas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 17 played minutes Falcoeiras FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Alcântara. Homero Fidalgo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim Gago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noel lacerda hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Homero Fidalgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurício Lisboa in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Falcoeiras FC's Isac Pinho got a free kick in the 30th minute. A collision led to Portugas FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Normando Leitão hit a great ball. Maurício Lisboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Homero Fidalgo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abel Moita struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. João Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falcoeiras FC. In the 46th minute Ronaldo Lousada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel lacerda's late challenge caught a Falcoeiras FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Noel lacerda helped the player get up and apologised. Noel lacerda hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maurício Lisboa to strike the kick off in the second half. When André Severo fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falcoeiras FC's protests and gave André Severo a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 58 minutes, Maurício Lisboa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maurício Lisboa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Moita in the 61st minute of play. When Abel Moita came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Falcoeiras FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Moita couldn't finish the play. In the 66th match minute, Portugas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Normando Leitão to maneuver through the defense. Falcoeiras FC were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Portugas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lourenço Rodrigues took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Lourenço Rodrigues got away a dangerous shot. Despite this João Torres quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ronaldo Lousada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. João Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maurício Lisboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Homero Fidalgo having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Falcoeiras FC's Abel Moita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Torres narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Portugas FC's Normando Leitão ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Homero Fidalgo. Homero Fidalgo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. If Quintino Malta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Moita might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Torres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel Moita ran back to his position shaking his head. Falcoeiras FC's Homero Fidalgo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Lisboa in the 98th minute of play.
