Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Augusto Martins started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Bernardo Carneiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estela FC and the SC Ageito players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dércio Brites made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Martins in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to SC Ageito getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Silvano Vides hit a great ball. SC Ageito's Dércio Brites played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Martins in the 24th minute of play. Dércio Brites made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Carneiro in the 27th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frederico Caeiro in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vítor Pinho saved Estela FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Estela FC's Eduardo Gonçalves got a free kick in the 34th minute. Vicente Gomes took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dércio Brites. Dércio Brites dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frederico Caeiro in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vítor Pinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Frederico Caeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Frederico Caeiro made the kick off in the second half. Augusto Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dércio Brites having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvano Vides during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Silvano Vides hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Augusto Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joaquim Leitão kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Miguel Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Estela FC's Bernardo Carneiro got a free kick in the 68th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rogério Quaresma during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of SC Ageito:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Estela FC:s goal. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for Estela FC. Emanuel Ferreira stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dércio Brites. 0-3. Vicente Gomes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Dércio Brites made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Martins in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dércio Brites prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 85 minutes, Bernardo Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estela FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Carneiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dércio Brites made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Vicente Gomes sent off a good shot on target. Vicente Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dércio Brites having to interfere. Augusto Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Dércio Brites tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of SC Ageito booed when Estela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Gomes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The SC Ageito fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Estela FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
