Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Hugo Jesus made the kick off and thus started the match. After 3 played minutes SC Covelinhas got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Garcia. When Eusébio Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the SC Covelinhas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Nascimento couldn't finish the play. 20 minutes into the match, SC Bernarda's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Marques came free, but Fernando Lisboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, SC Bernarda's Inácio Ramos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Lopes during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Carlos Lopes hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Tomás Mendes didn't quite understand what happened when in the 32 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Inácio Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, SC Covelinhas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Inácio Ramos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 44 minutes, Eusébio Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Covelinhas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusébio Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristiano Marques to strike the kick off in the second half. Eusébio Nascimento had several of the SC Bernarda's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 53 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Fernando Lisboa as he didn't even see the shot coming. Cristiano Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Fernando Lisboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eusébio Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Lisboa having to interfere. Eusébio Nascimento kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot SC Bernarda's keeper Fernando Lisboa was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Gonçalo Matias hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in SC Bernarda's zone, Eusébio Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Lisboa came out of the goal and Eusébio Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 79 played minutes SC Bernarda got a freekick which was hit by Raul Fontes. After 86 minutes, Gabriel Freitas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Bernarda and the SC Covelinhas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Eusébio Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Covelinhas's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusébio Nascimento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Lisboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Inácio Ramos took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised António Valente. António Valente dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. SC Covelinhas's Eusébio Nascimento got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, SC Bernarda could leave the field as winners, despite SC Covelinhas having more of the ball for most of the match.
