Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Vítor Laureano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Bordeiro FC booed when Real Pias Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Candeias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Gois's late challenge caught a Bordeiro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nuno Gois helped the player get up and apologised. Vasco Rocha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leandro Cunha. Real Pias Clube's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 11th minute, Real Pias Clube's Fabrício Ramos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. A collision led to Bordeiro FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Vasco Rocha hit a great ball. After 23 played minutes Real Pias Clube got a freekick which was hit by Reinaldo Quintanilha. Real Pias Clube's Leandro Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Azevedo in the 27th minute of play. Joaquim Macedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Laureano in the 29th minute of play. After 34 played minutes Bordeiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Armindo Lima. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vítor Laureano in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquim Macedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Real Pias Clube's Rui Gueifão got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Real Pias Clube's Tomé Nóbrega shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 41st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Joaquim Macedo but with some difficulty. Joaquim Macedo made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Rui Gueifão sent off a good shot on target.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rogério Lima was the one to do the kick off. Luís Candeias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Macedo having to interfere. Rui Gueifão took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquim Macedo. Joaquim Macedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After some careless play in the Bordeiro FC defense, Rui Gueifão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquim Macedo. The Bordeiro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquim Macedo should have stopped the shot. In the 74th minute, Armindo Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabrício Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Fabrício Ramos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 97th minute of the match Luís Candeias sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquim Macedo skillfully saved the ball.
