Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fernando Figueiredo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jorge Anjos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 5 played minutes Rominha FC got a freekick which was hit by João Bessa. Diogo Borges hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Eusébio Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Jorge Anjos made a huge save. A collision led to Rominha FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. André Rodrigues hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, SC Cambarinho's Bruno Teixeira tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of SC Cambarinho booed when Rominha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Lisboa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 played minutes, SC Cambarinho's Vicente Cabral shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Humberto Castro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Cambarinho reached it. In the 26th minute, David Amorim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto Castro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Rominha FC's João Bessa got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Fernando Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After recieving a nice pass, SC Cambarinho's Bruno Teixeira tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. SC Cambarinho's David Amorim suffered a sore thigh after 47 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Rominha FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SC Cambarinho:s goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Eusébio Lima's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Anjos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. José Trindade charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Trindade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. José Trindade hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Vítor Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jorge Anjos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SC Cambarinho's zone, Eusébio Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Anjos came out of the goal and Eusébio Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernando Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Castro having to interfere. Vítor Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jorge Anjos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Eusébio Lima notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of SC Cambarinho's Jorge Anjos. Jorge Anjos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. André Rodrigues hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78thth minute of the game Fernando Figueiredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rominha FC's Humberto Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Fernando Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Cambarinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Figueiredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Castro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Xavier Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Humberto Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute of the match Sandro Matos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Anjos skillfully saved the ball. Vítor Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
