Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Carapecos's Vítor Abreu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Albertino Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Gastão Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vítor Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albertino Andrade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Pedrinsky FC's Gonçalo Vieira threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paulo Taveira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gonçalo Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Taveira in the 29th minute of the match. Gastão Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertino Andrade in the 32nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Vítor Abreu put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Gastão Soares. When SC Carapecos's Vítor Abreu in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pedrinsky FC's goalie prevented a goal. Gastão Soares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albertino Andrade's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute Vítor Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gastão Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SC Carapecos's Gonçalo Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Taveira in the 45th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, SC Carapecos's goalkeeper Gonçalo Vieira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldo Pimentel. The Pedrinsky FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Carapecos were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Taveira to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Pedrinsky FC's Ronaldo Pimentel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonçalo Vieira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. SC Carapecos's Gonçalo Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Taveira in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Vítor Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Carapecos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vítor Abreu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Taveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Vieira having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, SC Carapecos's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Taveira came free, but Gonçalo Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Pedrinsky FC booed when SC Carapecos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, SC Carapecos's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Taveira came free, but Gonçalo Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronaldo Pimentel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 74 minutes of play, Pedrinsky FC's Ronaldo Pimentel made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gonçalo Vieira was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 88 minutes, Vítor Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Carapecos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vítor Abreu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vítor Abreu in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gastão Soares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the game, Valdemar Belo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pedrinsky FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Carapecos the free kick. Valdemar Belo kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Vítor Abreu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the SC Carapecos players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
