Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emanuel Portugal took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to REDSHOES TEAM getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Higino Sampaio hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Borbela's Bruno Mendes tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Borbela's zone, Emanuel Portugal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Amaral came out of the goal and Emanuel Portugal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Portugal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute of the match Domingos Bacelar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucas Amaral showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emanuel Portugal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Amaral having to interfere. Borbela:s Lucas Amaral showed great skill when he stopped Lúcio Campelo:s penalty. Lúcio Campelo took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucas Amaral. Lucas Amaral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in REDSHOES TEAM's zone, Fernando Guarda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martinho Salgueiro came out of the goal and Fernando Guarda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Miguel Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borbela's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Sousa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martinho Salgueiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Fernando Guarda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. Miguel Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Martinho Salgueiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Sousa ran back to his position shaking his head. Martinho Salgueiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Sousa's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. If Leonardo Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Martinho Salgueiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Sousa ran back to his position shaking his head. Leonardo Vaz in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lucas Amaral, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Guarda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Miguel Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Amaral came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by REDSHOES TEAM's Emanuel Portugal. But to his dismay, Emanuel Portugal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 59 minutes into the game, Reginaldo Sacadura was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. REDSHOES TEAM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Borbela the free kick. Reginaldo Sacadura hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Borbela's Nuno Leite got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Emanuel Portugal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Amaral having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Borbela got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Barros. Miguel Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martinho Salgueiro having to interfere. Miguel Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Higino Sampaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Portugal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lúcio Campelo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lucas Amaral. Borbela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Borbela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
