Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Israel Cruz started the match with the kick off. Israel Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Israel Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Lucas Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Sérgio Gueifão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lucas Amaral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 17 minutes into the match, Sérgio Gueifão had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Amaral. Borbela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sérgio Gueifão was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 24 minutes into the match, Borbela's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Cruz came free, but Lucas Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afonso Sá charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afonso Sá the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Borbela's Afonso Sá got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th match minute, Borbela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Leite to maneuver through the defense. After 30 played minutes Borbela got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Sá. 31 minutes into the match, SC Berrega's Cesário Veríssimo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Sérgio Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sérgio Bragança charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sérgio Bragança the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Borbela booed when SC Berrega was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Bragança didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Sérgio Gueifão managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Berrega's supporters rose to their feet, but Sérgio Gueifão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sérgio Gueifão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Amaral having to interfere. Lucas Amaral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sérgio Gueifão went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.
A collision led to Borbela getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Fernando Guarda hit a great ball. In the 55th minute, Israel Cruz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lucas Amaral. The goal made the score 0-4. Bruno Mendes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Sandro Brites took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Guarda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Coelho's late challenge caught a SC Berrega's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Coelho helped the player get up and apologised. Sérgio Gueifão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute Israel Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio Gueifão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Amaral having to interfere. After having played for 80 minutes, Miguel Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borbela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Sousa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Lucas Amaral successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 83rdth minute of the game Israel Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borbela's Lucas Amaral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 84th minute, Afonso Sá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 minutes of play, SC Berrega's Sérgio Gueifão made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas Amaral was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Sérgio Gueifão came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the SC Berrega fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sérgio Gueifão couldn't finish the play. Israel Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Amaral having to interfere.
