After 15 played minutes SC Oliveira got a freekick which was hit by Januário Gois. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Lourenço Martins took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Lourenço Rios to make any attempt to save it. In the 24th minute, Alexandre Santarém got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lourenço Martins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Lourenço Rios made a huge save. Lourenço Rios made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Tiago Aleixo sent off a good shot on target. If Alexandre Santarém had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Murta FC fully deserved thier win.
