Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nuno Pinho got the match started through his kick off. Almiro Domingos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Amaral having to make a save. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Campos FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Amaral, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Dimas Gameiro came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the SC Alvarenga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dimas Gameiro couldn't finish the play. Luís Teixeira came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Campos FC's Nuno Pinho. But to his dismay, Nuno Pinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 30 minutes into the game, Joaquim Silva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Campos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Alvarenga the free kick. In the 30th match minute, Campos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Silva to maneuver through the defense. Baltasar Fragoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Amaral having to interfere. The supporters of SC Alvarenga booed when Campos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Alvarenga's Luís Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Guerreiro in the 42nd minute of play. Silvestre Guterres kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Baltasar Fragoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Dimas Gameiro made the kick off in the second half. Miguel Guerreiro took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Teixeira. Luís Teixeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 55 played minutes Campos FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Cardoso. When Silvestre Guterres fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Alvarenga's protests and gave Silvestre Guterres a yellow card for diving instead. With a little luck, SC Alvarenga's Luís Teixeira got control of the ball when Miguel Guerreiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dimas Gameiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Baltasar Fragoso came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the SC Alvarenga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltasar Fragoso couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Dimas Gameiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Alvarenga's supporters rose to their feet, but Dimas Gameiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th match minute, Campos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Guerreiro to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Dimas Gameiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Amaral was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Gabriel Amaral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dimas Gameiro's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Dimas Gameiro struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Gabriel Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Alvarenga. After 90 minutes, Hermano Ramos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Alvarenga and the Campos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 91 played minutes SC Alvarenga got a freekick which was hit by Hermano Ramos. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Campos FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
