Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Honorato Caiado made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Aleixo in the 7th minute of play forced Moes FC's goalkeeper Valter Bacelar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After recieving a nice pass, SC Freixo's Domingos Aleixo tried to score from far away in the 13th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mauro Nunes hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Valter Bacelar made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Carlos Assunção sent off a good shot on target. Tiago Henriques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Valter Bacelar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valter Bacelar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Aleixo in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingos Aleixo in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valter Bacelar saved Moes FC from getting behind. Moes FC's Valter Bacelar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Aleixo in the 30th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Domingos Aleixo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valter Bacelar was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Domingos Aleixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Moes FC's goalkeeper Valter Bacelar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Assunção. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Aleixo in the 39th minute of play forced Moes FC's goalkeeper Valter Bacelar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorato Caiado's late challenge caught a SC Freixo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorato Caiado helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Moes FC's Honorato Caiado got a free kick in the 40th minute. Valter Bacelar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Aleixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Domingos Aleixo made the kick off in the second half. SC Freixo's Carlos Assunção got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Aleixo in the 55th minute of play forced Moes FC's goalkeeper Valter Bacelar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Assunção fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valter Bacelar having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, SC Freixo's Carlos Assunção sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valter Bacelar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Carlos Assunção had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valter Bacelar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Aleixo in the 64th minute of play. If Domingos Aleixo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valter Bacelar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Assunção went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Moes FC's Valter Bacelar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Assunção in the 75th minute of play. Carlos Assunção sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Carlos Assunção had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Moes FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Honorato Caiado hit a great ball. Valter Bacelar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Assunção's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. After some careless play in the Moes FC defense, Domingos Aleixo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valter Bacelar. The Moes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valter Bacelar should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Moes FC's zone, Domingos Aleixo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valter Bacelar came out of the goal and Domingos Aleixo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SC Freixo's Carlos Assunção got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SC Freixo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
