Daniel Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandro Reis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Marques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Viladraque FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 5th minute. Penalty! Fernando Figueiredo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandro Reis got free with Manuel Marques in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 肖凌冰 might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manuel Marques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 肖凌冰 ran back to his position shaking his head. 肖凌冰s short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Manuel Marques to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Viladraque FC's Mário Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Catarino Moura in the 16th minute of play. After 21 played minutes SC Preguinho got a freekick which was hit by Adelino Domingues. 肖凌冰 made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 23rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Manuel Marques would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 31st match minute, Viladraque FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sérgio Morais to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Catarino Moura in the 33rd minute of play forced Viladraque FC's goalkeeper Mário Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viladraque FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Óscar Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Óscar Magalhães to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardo Leal during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. But to his dismay, Óscar Magalhães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Catarino Moura's late challenge caught a Viladraque FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Catarino Moura helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SC Preguinho's Catarino Moura got a free kick in the 75th minute. Bento Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Manuel Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 肖凌冰 in the 78th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, SC Preguinho's goal looked a bit too open when 肖凌冰 came free, but Manuel Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mário Marques made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Albertino Assunção sent off a good shot on target.
