Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) FC 1143's Gonçalo Correia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wilson Madeira came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by FC 1143's Gonçalo Correia. But to his dismay, Gonçalo Correia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Viriato Moutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Afonso Rocha during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wilson Madeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonçalo Guerreiro went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Gonçalo Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Wilson Madeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilson Madeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Correia in the 29th minute of play forced Romanos FC's goalkeeper Wilson Madeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Américo Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Madeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonçalo Correia in the 33rd minute of the match. Wilson Madeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Pacheco in the 37th minute of play. After some careless play in the Romanos FC defense, Afonso Rocha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Madeira. The Romanos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Madeira should have stopped the shot. In the 43rd minute, Afonso Rocha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Madeira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Gonçalo Correia scored 0-6 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Madeira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half FC 1143 were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Modesto Raphael to make the kick off. Wilson Madeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Correia in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Romanos FC's goalkeeper Wilson Madeira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso Rocha. With a little luck, Romanos FC's Wilson Madeira got control of the ball when Afonso Rocha tried to sneak it across the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Afonso Rocha dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wilson Madeira, 0-7. Wilson Madeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquim Bacelar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. José Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Afonso Rocha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Madeira. Romanos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Rocha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Gonçalo Correia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilson Madeira came out and tried to block the shot, but Gonçalo Correia slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 71st minute. In the 74th minute Gonçalo Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Madeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Romanos FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Gregório Boaventura hit a great ball. Wilson Madeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusébio Pacheco went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. FC 1143 made a substitution. Zsolt Nagy replaced Jacinto Queirós. Wilson Madeira stood somewhat misplaced when Gonçalo Correia came free in front of goal and shot 0-11 to the left of him in the 86 minute. Wilson Madeira made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Eusébio Pacheco sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusébio Pacheco got free with Wilson Madeira in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded FC 1143 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Romanos FC.
