Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jorge Sampaio got the match started through his kick off. Murilo Valadares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Campos in the 6th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Dário Viegas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luadas's supporters rose to their feet, but Dário Viegas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A nice corner shot did that Diamantino Tinoco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nuno Machado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 18th minute Jorge Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuno Machado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dário Viegas went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Carregais's zone, Jorge Sampaio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Machado came out of the goal and Jorge Sampaio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th match minute, Carregais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Fontes to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Luadas's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Campos came free, but Murilo Valadares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Machado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dário Viegas in the 35th minute. The supporters of Luadas booed when Carregais was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dário Viegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rdth minute of the game Eusébio Campos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Luadas's Murilo Valadares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
If Dário Viegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Carregais's zone, Jorge Sampaio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Machado came out of the goal and Jorge Sampaio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Vítor Macedo fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carregais's protests and gave Vítor Macedo a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Carregais got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Macedo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusébio Campos in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Murilo Valadares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Murilo Valadares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Campos in the 68th minute of the match. A collision led to Luadas getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ivo Manso hit a great ball. When Eusébio Campos came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Carregais fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Campos couldn't finish the play. Sílvio Paiva charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sílvio Paiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 72 minutes into the match, Eusébio Campos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Murilo Valadares, 1-1. Eusébio Campos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dário Viegas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nuno Machado having to make a save. Jorge Sampaio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nuno Machado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Dário Viegas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucas Paiva who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Murilo Valadares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luadas's Murilo Valadares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Luadas from getting a goal against them. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
