After a rather tough play, SLB gaspar's Adélio Macena got a free kick in the 7th minute. 12 minutes into the match, SLB gaspar's goal looked a bit too open when Saúl Neto came free, but Silvano Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind SLB gaspar's goalkeeper Silvano Alves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Cadavao booed when SLB gaspar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 38thth minute of the game Saúl Neto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SLB gaspar's Silvano Alves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adélio Macena thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Silvano Alves, a very annoying self made goal in the 40th minute which led to 1-3. Teodoro Sales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Lencastre having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alcides Moita to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Alcides Moita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Sales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alcides Moita came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Cadavao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alcides Moita couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Calçada charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Calçada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
