Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Miguel Dantas came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Salzedas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Dantas couldn't finish the play. In the 5th match minute, Azambujeira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Trigueiro to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Porto kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Miguel Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Malheiro having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Tomás Resende was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salzedas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azambujeira FC the free kick. Tomás Resende hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when António Saraiva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mariano Mota made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when António Saraiva sent off a good shot on target. António Saraiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Mariano Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Azambujeira FC's Viriato Santos got a free kick in the 58th minute. António Saraiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Viriato Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Gustavo Porto hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Fabrício Malheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Dantas in the 70th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, António Saraiva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azambujeira FC's supporters rose to their feet, but António Saraiva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lúcio Cabral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Fabrício Malheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Cabral in the 83rd minute of play forced Azambujeira FC's goalkeeper Fabrício Malheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salzedas FC's Mariano Mota proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Salzedas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 88th play minute António Saraiva came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mariano Mota. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Salzedas FC's zone, Paulo Vilaverde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Mota came out of the goal and Paulo Vilaverde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
