When Sérgio Paredes came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the SC Miradeses fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sérgio Paredes couldn't finish the play. If Joaquim Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, SC Miradeses's goal looked a bit too open when José Monteiro came free, but Cristóvão Anjos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristóvão Anjos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Monteiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th match minute, SC Miradeses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio Moniz to maneuver through the defense.

Hugo Gueifão took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cristóvão Anjos. SC Miradeses's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 60th minute António Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristóvão Anjos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristóvão Anjos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Monteiro in the 63rd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, SC Miradeses's goal looked a bit too open when António Paredes came free, but Cristóvão Anjos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Guerreiro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 88 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Miradeses fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty!
