In the 22nd minute, Duarte Rebocho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elias Manso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Figueiredo in the 24th minute. Cristóvão Palmeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Elias Manso made a huge save. Rafael Barroso made in the 28th minute of the game a quick throw-in and António Domingos immediately put the ball in play.
