Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd match minute, D.S.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Marques to maneuver through the defense. When SC Vouga's Lucas Nogueira in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye D.S.C's goalie prevented a goal. Artur Machado came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Vouga's Catarino Macedo. But to his dismay, Catarino Macedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 8 minutes into the game, Filipe Melo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Vouga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave D.S.C the free kick. After a rather tough play, SC Vouga's Filipe Melo got a free kick in the 8th minute. If Dário Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dário Cordeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rui Bessa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dário Cordeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 22nd minute, D.S.C's Noel Poças ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rui Bessa. Rui Bessa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Rui Bessa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Poças in the 25th minute of the match. Dário Cordeiro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rui Bessa firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to D.S.C getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Laurentino Laureano hit a great ball. In the 36th minute of the match Armindo Mota shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Artur Machado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. SC Vouga's Catarino Macedo got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Noel Poças received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Rui Bessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Nogueira was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes, Catarino Macedo made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. D.S.C's Artur Machado tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59th minute, Duarte Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute Noel Poças shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Bessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Catarino Macedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Artur Machado made a huge save. D.S.C's Artur Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Nogueira in the 64th minute of play. Rui Bessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dário Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noel Poças received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Rui Bessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dário Cordeiro took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rui Bessa. Rui Bessa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. A hard shot 90 in the game by Catarino Macedo from a close distance when the talented Artur Machado managed to make a qualified save. D.S.C's players were relieved. For all the effort they put into the match, the SC Vouga players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for D.S.C.
