Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Luís Pereira made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Ildefonso Joachim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Sá showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Alberto Brito scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Sá, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Corisco FC's André Antunes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rui Nascimento. That made the score 1-1 after 12 minutes of play. FC Green Day's Rui Nascimento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save FC Green Day from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Pereira in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Sá saved Corisco FC from getting behind. In the 23rd minute Alberto Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FC Green Day's Rui Nascimento got control of the ball when Joaquim Maia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Luís Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the FC Green Day fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Pereira couldn't finish the play. If Luís Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fábio Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Paulo Sá showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Valente, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Pereira in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Sá saved Corisco FC from getting behind. In the 45th minute, Joaquim Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Sá stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Pereira's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When FC Green Day's Luís Pereira in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corisco FC's goalie prevented a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Barbosa to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Luís Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Green Day's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Pereira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Sá breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Green Day's Luís Pereira got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Vale took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rui Nascimento. Rui Nascimento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Luís Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Paulo Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 61 minutes, Alberto Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Green Day's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Brito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rui Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Corisco FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. José Pinheiro hit a great ball. Rui Nascimento came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Corisco FC's José Pinheiro. But to his dismay, José Pinheiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Rui Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Antunes in the 78th minute of play. Paulo Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Barros in the 80th minute of play. When Albertino Torres fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Green Day's protests and gave Albertino Torres a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Green Day getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Albertino Torres hit a great ball. Rui Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Antunes in the 95th minute of the match. Luís Pereira might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Sá. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luís Pereira ran back to his position shaking his head. The Corisco FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
