Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cassiano Alvarenga kicked off to start the match. Afonso Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassiano Alvarenga in the 3rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusébio Rocha got free with Luís Amado in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Manuel Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manuel Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Amado having to interfere. Luís Amado made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Olle Åberg sent off a good shot on target. 40 minutes into the game, Cassiano Alvarenga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Afonso Paredes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th match minute, Paradela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentim França to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
57 minutes into the match, Afonso Viana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Amado. Paradela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Viana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The supporters of Poutena booed when Paradela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Reis hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A collision led to Poutena getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Eusébio Rocha hit a great ball. Afonso Paredes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Anjos in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Pedro Antunes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poutena fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olle Åberg in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Amado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Poutena's Eusébio Rocha got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 86 minutes of play, Poutena's Eusébio Rocha made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Amado was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the match, Paradela's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Åberg came free, but Luís Amado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Amado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olle Åberg in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Poutena's Manuel Reis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luís Amado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Afonso Paredes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Poutena's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
