Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Proia got free with Geraldo Reis in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiago Vale in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geraldo Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 10 minutes into the match, Ediberto do Vale dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Geraldo Reis, 1-0. Flavio Proia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Geraldo Reis made a huge save. Tiago Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Geraldo Reis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiago Vale in the 24th minute. After having played for 31 minutes, António Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zuragues FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but António Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavio Proia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Reis having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Salgado to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Zuragues FC got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Borba. Geraldo Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Proia in the 62nd minute of play. Tiago Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 74 minutes into the game, Ediberto do Vale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zuragues FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barreiro F.C the free kick. 76 minutes into the match, Barreiro F.C's Francisco Salgado broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 81st minute, Tiago Vale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zuragues FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Barreiro F.C's zone, Diamantino Borba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geraldo Reis came out of the goal and Diamantino Borba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barreiro F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eduardo Silva was slow to take the kick. During this time Zuragues FC's players had a chance to rest. Zuragues FC's Eduardo Silva was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Geraldo Reis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Barreiro F.C's Geraldo Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ediberto do Vale in the 95th minute of play.
