Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Sanchequias's Filipe Silva started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pedro Cruz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carlos Pinto. Zuragues FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Filipe Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the game, António Santos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zuragues FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Sanchequias the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Zuragues FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Santos to maneuver through the defense. Zuragues FC's Tiago Vale was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 21st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Flavio Proia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Amaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Silva in the 26th minute of play forced Zuragues FC's goalkeeper Carlos Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Filipe Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Calvino Valerón fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zuragues FC's protests and gave Calvino Valerón a yellow card for diving instead. After 34 played minutes Zuragues FC got a freekick which was hit by Calvino Valerón. Carlos Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Silva in the 36th minute of the match. When Flavio Proia came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Zuragues FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Proia couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute of the match, Tiago Vale tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but José Amaro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Flavio Proia made the kick off in the second half. António Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Amaro having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tiago Vale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Amaro was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. With a little luck, Zuragues FC's Carlos Pinto got control of the ball when Vicente Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute, Ediberto do Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Filipe Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Sanchequias's supporters rose to their feet, but Filipe Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Pinto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 68 played minutes SC Sanchequias got a freekick which was hit by José Henriques. José Amaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavio Proia went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Tiago Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. José Amaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Henriques could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Carlos Pinto made a huge save.
