But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesualdo Granja couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Finzes FC's Matias Mansilha got a free kick in the 40th minute. If Vicente Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 played minutes Finzes FC got a freekick which was hit by João Castanheira. Romão Gueifão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Barros in the 45th minute of the match. If Hugo Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Hugo Barros made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Vicente Ramos made a precise shot to the right of Romão Gueifão. Finzes FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The supporters of Finzes FC booed when SC Rebordinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball.
