Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Eusébio Frois scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nuno Rijo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute Eusébio Frois shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Rijo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Plácido Bandeira in the 22nd minute of play forced Bagueixe FC's goalkeeper Hermenegildo Bacelar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Isac Vidigal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bagueixe FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Granjinha FC the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Bagueixe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Vidigal to maneuver through the defense. Plácido Bandeira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hermenegildo Bacelar came out and tried to block the shot, but Plácido Bandeira slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 25th minute. Abílio Leitão struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Nuno Rijo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bagueixe FC. Abílio Leitão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 played minutes Granjinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Domingues. Adão Regueira kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Plácido Bandeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Granjinha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Plácido Bandeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermenegildo Bacelar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute, Márcio Vilhena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Coelho got free with Hermenegildo Bacelar in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 44 played minutes Bagueixe FC got a freekick which was hit by Isac Vidigal. Rafael Coelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Hermenegildo Bacelar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After a defensive mix-up in Granjinha FC's zone, Abílio Leitão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Rijo came out of the goal and Abílio Leitão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bagueixe FC's Hermenegildo Bacelar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Domingues in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Abílio Leitão made a precise shot to the right of Nuno Rijo. Granjinha FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. A collision led to Bagueixe FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Adão Regueira hit a great ball. When Adão Regueira came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Bagueixe FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adão Regueira couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Abílio Leitão got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Abílio Leitão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Rijo having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Bagueixe FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Granjinha FC.
