Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Lourenço Azevedo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th match minute, G.D.Alto do Frono was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. Lourenço Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fábio Borba having to interfere. In the 14th match minute, SC Ovil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Assis to maneuver through the defense. When Lourenço Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the G.D.Alto do Frono fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lourenço Azevedo couldn't finish the play. Lourenço Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fábio Borba having to interfere. Cristiano Matos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Moutinho went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Lourenço Azevedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fábio Borba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lourenço Azevedo ran back to his position shaking his head. Afonso Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fábio Borba having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Alexandre Baptista dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristiano Matos, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexandre Baptista was the one to do the kick off. G.D.Alto do Frono's Cristiano Matos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Moutinho in the 53rd minute of play. Luís Moutinho took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristiano Matos. Cristiano Matos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, SC Ovil's David Soares got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After 64 minutes, Lourenço Azevedo made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. SC Ovil's Fábio Borba tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fábio Borba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lourenço Azevedo went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Cristiano Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Moutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. David Soares hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute of the match António Macedo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristiano Matos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 81 minutes, António Macedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Ovil and the G.D.Alto do Frono players grew even worse after the yellow card. António Macedo hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the game, David Soares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Ovil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave G.D.Alto do Frono the free kick. Lourenço Azevedos short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Fábio Borba to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cristiano Matos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Baptista in the 89th minute of play. Alexandre Baptista scored 4-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristiano Matos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
