Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adelino Vilas Boas got the match started through his kick off. In the 11th minute, Afonso Azeredo made a precise shot to the right of Fábio Borba. SC Ovil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 15th match minute, SC Ovil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Assis to maneuver through the defense. 2-1 became the score in the 19th minute when Alexandre Baptista elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Avelino Parente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Baptista in the 25th minute of play. If Lúcio Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luís Moutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avelino Parente having to interfere. After 34 minutes, David Soares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Ovil and the SC Sabadim players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, David Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adelino Vilas Boas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fábio Borba having to interfere. Afonso Azeredo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Fábio Borba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fábio Borba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino Vilas Boas in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexandre Baptista made a kick off. When Alexandre Baptista came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the SC Ovil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexandre Baptista couldn't finish the play. SC Sabadim's Avelino Parente proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save SC Sabadim from getting a goal against them. 56 minutes into the game, Telmo Soeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Sabadim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Ovil the free kick. In the 56th minute, Telmo Soeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandre Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Avelino Parente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 62 minutes of play SC Sabadim's Telmo Soeiro was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Telmo Soeiro hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Luís Moutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Ovil's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Moutinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Avelino Parente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 68 minutes, Luís Moutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Ovil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Moutinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th minute Afonso Azeredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Borba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When SC Ovil's Alexandre Baptista in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Sabadim's goalie prevented a goal. Luís Moutinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Avelino Parente read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Luís Moutinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Ovil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Sabadim the free kick. Luís Moutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Avelino Parente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Baptista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Luís Moutinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Avelino Parente was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 89 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when SC Ovil's Luís Moutinho fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Alcino Vital charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alcino Vital the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
