Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Humberto Amaral got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Humberto Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Brito in the 6th minute of play forced Orelhudo f.c.'s goalkeeper Torcato Fragoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquim Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mariano Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torcato Fragoso having to interfere. After 13 played minutes Orelhudo f.c. got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Meira. SC Logocem's Humberto Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquim Brito in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Torcato Fragoso saved Orelhudo f.c. from getting behind. In the 21st minute Joaquim Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torcato Fragoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Orelhudo f.c.'s Vladimiro Palha got a free kick in the 27th minute. Humberto Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquim Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Torcato Fragoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torcato Fragoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Amaral in the 34th minute of the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Joaquim Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Logocem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquim Brito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Orelhudo f.c.'s zone, Humberto Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torcato Fragoso came out of the goal and Humberto Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Brito in the 43rd minute of play forced Orelhudo f.c.'s goalkeeper Torcato Fragoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Vladimiro Palha fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orelhudo f.c.'s protests and gave Vladimiro Palha a yellow card for diving instead. SC Logocem were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Orelhudo f.c.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Duarte Mota took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Jorge Garcia managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Telmo Prates to make the kick off. With his leg Torcato Fragoso managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when SC Logocem's Joaquim Brito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Torcato Fragoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquim Brito got free with Torcato Fragoso in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Orelhudo f.c.'s zone, Joaquim Brito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torcato Fragoso came out of the goal and Joaquim Brito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Humberto Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Logocem's supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto Amaral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torcato Fragoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Joaquim Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Humberto Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Logocem were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Orelhudo f.c.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Duarte Mota took the corner. Humberto Amaral received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Torcato Fragoso came out and tried to block the shot, but Humberto Amaral slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 70th minute. Joaquim Brito who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Torcato Fragoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Orelhudo f.c.'s goalkeeper Torcato Fragoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Humberto Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Torcato Fragoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Orelhudo f.c.'s goalkeeper Torcato Fragoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquim Brito. Humberto Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orelhudo f.c.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 97th minute, when Joaquim Brito scored to the left of an out of position Torcato Fragoso, making the score, 0-2. When the match was over SC Logocem could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Orelhudo f.c. throughout the match.
