Adérito Barroso made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Carlos Mota sent off a good shot on target. In the 8th match minute, SC Gafaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Lopes to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Damião Bragança's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Leite was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Filipe Cruz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adérito Barroso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. SC Gafaria's João Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damião Bragança in the 22nd minute of play. Damião Bragança fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Leite having to interfere. Amoreira 04's Adérito Barroso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Amoreira 04 from getting a goal against them. Vítor Domingos's late challenge caught a SC Gafaria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vítor Domingos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th minute, one of Amoreira 04:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Amoreira 04. The supporters of SC Gafaria booed when Amoreira 04 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rui Faro, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 38th minute, Carlos Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amoreira 04's Adérito Barroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Cruz in the 39th minute of play. In the 44th minute Domingos Meireles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damião Bragança recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filipe Cruz to make the kick off. Carlos Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adérito Barroso having to interfere. Carlos Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 minutes of play, SC Gafaria's Filipe Cruz made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adérito Barroso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filipe Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, SC Gafaria's goal looked a bit too open when Damião Bragança came free, but João Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Amoreira 04 booed when SC Gafaria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Leite acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 73rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vítor Domingos. Carlos Mota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Leite made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Laureano Henriques sent off a good shot on target. João Leite didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laureano Henriques went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Laureano Henriques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. João Leite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damião Bragança fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Leite having to interfere. SC Gafaria's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
