Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joaquim Antunes got the match started through his kick off. When Manuel Reis fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Airas's protests and gave Manuel Reis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th match minute, Airas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Reis to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Airas's Luís Castro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luís Delgado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 13th play minutes Luís Castro shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Luís Delgado and just under the crossbar into goal. 17 minutes into the match, Lia FC's goalkeeper Luís Delgado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Castro. Luís Delgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Joaquim Nogueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodrigo Dantas went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Airas's zone, Rodrigo Dantas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Nogueira came out of the goal and Rodrigo Dantas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Airas's Joaquim Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Dantas in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Lia FC's Bernardo Antunes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquim Nogueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th minute Pedro Tavares suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Rodrigo Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Dantas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquim Nogueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodrigo Dantas's late challenge caught a Airas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Dantas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute Bernardo Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Lia FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Vítor Melo hit a great ball. After 45 minutes of play, Airas's Luís Castro made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Delgado was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Dantas to strike the kick off in the second half. Lia FC's Luís Delgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Castro in the 51st minute of play. If Rodrigo Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 56th minute, Bernardo Antunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustavo Gaspar hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Gustavo Gaspar struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Luís Delgado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Airas. 62 minutes into the match, Lia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Castro came free, but Luís Delgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Luís Castro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Airas's Luís Castro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luís Delgado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th match minute, Lia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Luís Castro took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Delgado. Luís Delgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 75th minute, Luís Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Delgado having to interfere. Joaquim Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Dantas in the 92nd minute of play.
