After recieving a nice pass, Virais FC's Vasco Pereira tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gualter Pinhal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inácio Pires in the 7th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rosado FC's zone, Inácio Pires stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualter Pinhal came out of the goal and Inácio Pires tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gualter Pinhal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inácio Pires in the 28th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Joaquim Trindade notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Rosado FC's Gualter Pinhal. Gualter Pinhal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Virais FC booed when Rosado FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angélico Gomes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vasco Pereira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gualter Pinhal. Rosado FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gualter Pinhal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Pires in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Inácio Pires made a kick off. In the 51st minute Inácio Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualter Pinhal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Mafra hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Joaquim Trindade made a precise shot to the right of Gualter Pinhal. Rosado FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. If Inácio Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquim Trindade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Joaquim Neto's late challenge caught a Virais FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquim Neto helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Rosado FC's Gualter Pinhal got control of the ball when Joaquim Trindade tried to sneak it across the goal line. Inácio Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Gualter Pinhal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
