Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jorge Oliveira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Amável Manso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Abel Amorim. Berrega FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geraldo Travassos in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Geraldo Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Candeias having to interfere. Reinaldo Curado kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. A hard shot by Fernando Barros from long distance, 12 minutes into the match, got Geraldo Candeias's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After having played for 16 minutes, Estevão Lameiras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Rapa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Estevão Lameiras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Candeias having to interfere. Francisco Anjos's late challenge caught a SC Rapa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Anjos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SC Rapa booed when Berrega FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Anjos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abel Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estevão Lameiras in the 29th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Geraldo Travassos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Abel Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 40 minutes into the game, Estevão Lameiras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Rapa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berrega FC the free kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Estevão Lameiras to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, SC Rapa's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Teixeira came free, but Geraldo Candeias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amável Lousada hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the game, Pedro Teixeira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Geraldo Candeias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Teixeira in the 64th minute of play forced SC Rapa's goalkeeper Geraldo Candeias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Rapa's Geraldo Candeias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Oliveira in the 71st minute of play. Geraldo Travassos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Amorim having to interfere. Amável Lousada's late challenge caught a Berrega FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amável Lousada helped the player get up and apologised. After 76 played minutes SC Rapa got a freekick which was hit by Amável Lousada. Pedro Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, SC Rapa's Estevão Lameiras dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Geraldo Candeias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Oliveira in the 87th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Estevão Lameiras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Jorge Oliveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 96 minutes of play SC Rapa's Amável Lousada was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, SC Rapa's Amável Lousada got a free kick in the 97th minute. The Berrega FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Rapa's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Rapa.
