After 20 played minutes AC 79 Aveiro got a freekick which was hit by Raul Ferro. In the 24th minute, Jan Czerny got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AC 79 Aveiro's Armindo Neves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save AC 79 Aveiro from getting a goal against them. In the 29th minute Jairo Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
