Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Diego Valadares started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Galva's Duarte Neiva got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Diogo Moreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reginaldo Quental went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Reinaldo Pinhal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Bento having to interfere. Lázaro Antunes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kevin Bento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Rato's zone, Reinaldo Pinhal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kevin Bento came out of the goal and Reinaldo Pinhal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Galva's Lázaro Antunes in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rato's goalie prevented a goal. Kevin Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinaldo Pinhal, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20thth minute of the game Lázaro Antunes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rato's Kevin Bento was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lázaro Antunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reinaldo Pinhal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Kevin Bento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 played minutes Galva got a freekick which was hit by Lucílio Moreira. Rato's Kevin Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Antunes in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Rato's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Antunes came free, but Kevin Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Kevin Bento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute Lázaro Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Bento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lázaro Antunes made a kick off. Reginaldo Quental sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reinaldo Pinhal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Bento having to interfere. 57 minutes in the game, Reinaldo Pinhal fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kevin Bento having to interfere. Reinaldo Pinhals short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Kevin Bento to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rato's Kevin Bento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Rato from getting a goal against them. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rato! In the 72nd minute, Diego Valadares made a precise shot to the right of Diogo Moreira. Galva's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After having played for 78 minutes, Hugo Moniz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galva's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Moniz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kevin Bento was a little too slow when Lázaro Antunes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 85th minute, Lucílio Moreira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kevin Bento. The goal made the score 2-3. 91 minutes into the match, Rato's goalkeeper Kevin Bento had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinaldo Pinhal. Lázaro Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Bento having to interfere. The supporters of Galva booed when Rato was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Calçada didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Reinaldo Pinhal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Galva's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
