Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pedro Vale started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Rafael Costa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Kevin Bento when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rato's goalkeeper Kevin Bento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Vale might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kevin Bento. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Vale ran back to his position shaking his head. 10 minutes into the match, Rato's goalkeeper Kevin Bento had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Costa. In the 13th minute Pedro Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Bento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reginaldo Quental, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Cassiano Machado charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cassiano Machado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rato fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! After a defensive mix-up in Caramos FC's zone, Diego Valadares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Teixeira came out of the goal and Diego Valadares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 34 minutes, Reginaldo Quental managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rato's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reginaldo Quental was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vivaldo Figueira hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Carlos Matos sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Rato's Kevin Bento didn't even have to move. After having played for 41 minutes, Pedro Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caramos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Vale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Rafael Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Hugo Teixeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Valadares's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Diego Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Teixeira having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Rato's Diego Valadares slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hugo Teixeira. That made the score 1-1 after 59 minutes of play. Diego Valadares had several of the Caramos FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 63 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Hugo Teixeira as he didn't even see the shot coming. 73 minutes into the match, Rato's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Vale came free, but Kevin Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Rato's Reginaldo Quental ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hugo Teixeira. Hugo Teixeira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Reginaldo Quental's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Hugo Teixeira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pedro Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Bento having to interfere. Rato's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
