Laureano Santiago thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Jairo Azenha, a very annoying self made goal in the 25th minute which led to 0-2. Jacinto Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute, Jacinto Macedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jairo Azenha was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Mauro Lobato might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiago Ribeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro Lobato ran back to his position shaking his head.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Valério made a kick off. Daiki FC's Jairo Azenha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Macedo in the 56th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nivaldo Durães during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
