Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jacinto Macedo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Manuel Viegas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diogo Teixeira was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. The supporters of Soutilho FC booed when SC Morgado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Guerreiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiago Ribeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Teixeira in the 11th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Manuel Viegas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 played minutes SC Morgado got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Porto. Jacinto Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Ribeiro having to interfere. Tiago Ribeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Teixeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Diogo Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Macedo in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, SC Morgado's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Barbosa came free, but Tiago Ribeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Morgado's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lourenço Simões in the 41st minute. Lourenço Simões made a great header on SC Morgado's corner, it was just that Soutilho FC's Diogo Teixeira managed to reach the ball for a save. Jacinto Teixeira scored 0-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiago Ribeiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Soutilho FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Jacinto Teixeira made the kick off in the second half. Jacinto Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Tiago Ribeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soutilho FC. In the 54th minute, Jacinto Macedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Morgado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Jacinto Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diogo Teixeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacinto Macedo's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Soutilho FC's Rafael Araújo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiago Ribeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st minute Manuel Viegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diogo Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Viegas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Macedo in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diogo Teixeira saved Soutilho FC from getting behind. Rafael Araújo's late challenge caught a SC Morgado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Araújo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Soutilho FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Rafael Araújo hit a great ball. Diogo Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Viegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiago Ribeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filipe Barbosa in the 90th minute. Soutilho FC's Filipe Barbosa got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Macedo in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diogo Teixeira saved Soutilho FC from getting behind. The SC Morgado fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Soutilho FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
