Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miromir Tarka got the match started through his kick off. Daniel Setúbal charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Setúbal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 minutes, Marco Andrade mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mogoito and the Seixal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Mogoito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Andrade to maneuver through the defense. Cássio Vianna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Mogoito booed when Seixal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Setúbal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Seixal FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simão Torres to strike the kick off in the second half. Avelino Henriques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Tarka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Seixal FC booed when Mogoito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torcato Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute Simão Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cássio Vianna got free with Avelino Henriques in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th match minute, Seixal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Vianna to maneuver through the defense. Reinaldo Mota's late challenge caught a Seixal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reinaldo Mota helped the player get up and apologised. Reinaldo Mota hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If Cássio Vianna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Miromir Tarka came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Seixal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miromir Tarka couldn't finish the play.
